Removal of Equestrian Facilities

Despite the Grantor’s original dedication of the land primarily for equestrian use and polo, and the Polo Club’s strong desire to once again play on the field some summer Sundays, they may be forever precluded from doing so. The stables have been demolished, and Surf has recently installed irrigation equipment under the grass which would likely injure horses’ hooves and make it too dangerous for them.
